The application provides decision-support outputs such as parsed summaries, findings, reports, and troubleshooting guidance. Outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being used for production changes, customer deliverables, or security decisions.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have authorization to analyze any configuration file, command output, ticket detail, or topology information uploaded or pasted into the application.

Users should avoid pasting unnecessary secrets and should review exported reports before sharing them outside approved teams or customer communication channels.

Paid plans provide access to application features during the active subscription period. Billing is managed through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal.

FireCore may update, improve, or temporarily suspend access to the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
