Recommended data handling
Use sanitized configs for demos, screenshots, support requests, and shared exports. Keep raw production configs in approved internal storage.
Local file processing
Uploaded configs and command exports are read by the browser and parsed by application code for analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting workflows.
No production connectivity
FireCore NetOps Assistant does not SSH, SNMP, API-call, scan, poll, or authenticate to live network equipment.
Saved sessions
Saved workspaces use browser storage on the user device so engineers can reopen local analysis. They should be treated as working copies, not authoritative records.
Exports
Reports and JSON exports are generated for documentation, peer review, and customer handoff. Users should review exports before sharing them outside approved teams.
