FireCore NetOps Assistant

Security

Security Model

FireCore NetOps Assistant is built around static analysis, local review workflows, and a clear separation from live network infrastructure.

FireCore Solutions

Current control posture

No SSH, SNMP, API polling, scanning, live device authentication, or stored network credentials are part of the current application workflow.

Application boundary

The app analyzes files and pasted command output provided by the user. It does not discover devices, make live changes, or validate current production state.

Credential handling

The app does not include a credential vault, device-login prompt, SNMP community prompt, or stored network password workflow.

Sensitive data review

Sanitized exports help reduce accidental disclosure, but engineers should still review hostnames, IP addressing, object names, routes, tickets, and topology notes before sharing.

Operational review

Findings, reachability checks, VPN observations, and change-impact notes are decision-support aids. Qualified personnel should verify recommendations against approved procedures.

Subscription and account access

The hosted web app uses authenticated access for paid and trial plans. Billing is handled through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal.
